Erik
is a Senior Director providing advisory services for clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions,
capital sourcing, corporate restructuring and litigation services.
Throughout his career, Erik has provided clients with services related to M&A transactions, capital sourcing, valuations, bankruptcies, corporate restructurings, securities litigation, and commercial damages. Erik's clients come from industries such as general manufacturing, pulp and paper, batteries, real estate, automotive, silicon wafer, packaging, biotechnology and material handling systems. Prior to Corporate Financial Advisors, Erik worked for an international consulting firm.
Erik received his BS and MS in Business Administration and Economics from Umeå University (Sweden) and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association. Erik is also an advisor to Water Tower Capital, LLC, a Chicago firm that provides advisory services related to financial restructuring and securities litigation.
